Working in a group format was initially challenging, as we were all polite and hesitant to take the lead. However, once we found our rhythm, we each stepped up and took responsibility for our respective tasks. In the end, the collaboration proved that the whole was greater than the sum of its parts. While coordinating our schedules was difficult, the effort pushed us all to do our best. Everyone contributed wonderfully, and I would be thrilled to work with these girls again. To make future group projects even more successful, setting clear roles and timelines earlier on could help streamline the process.
